# LP Issue 

LP Minting – это возможность создавать предложение по инвестировании. Токены LP печатаются каждый раз, когда вы создаете приватное предложение или crowdfunding. В отличие от GT, статус токенов LP всегда можно изменить или заморозить в зависимости от стратегии DAO. Токены LP – это не обычные токены, которые выпускаются проектами и находятся в обращении. Владелец токенов LP претендует на долю со всех активов DAO. Поэтому мы не рекомендуем замораживать статус LP, а вместо этого только менять его.
