User's Guide
This section is for DAO members: investors and LP token holders. It describes how to enter a DAO by buying a share, exit it, and manage your wallet. Actions performed by DAO managers (creating offers, issuing tokens) are described in the Guides for GT section.
Four ways to work with LP tokens
They are easy to confuse — so tell them apart by two traits: is it an entry or an exit and is the deal public or address-specific.
Crowdfunding — entry, public
Buy LP tokens in an open sale: any address can participate (or addresses from a whitelist).
Private Offer — entry, address-specific
Buy LP tokens through a manager's personal offer — at a price and quantity agreed in advance.
Private Exit Offer — exit, address-specific
Exit the DAO through a manager's offer: burn LP and receive pre-defined assets.
Burn LP — exit, self-service
Burn your LP share and receive a proportional part of the DAO's assets — when the managers have enabled LP Burning.
