Common errors
Too big delay between timestamps
You have 30 seconds to sign a vote. This error can occur in two cases:
You didn't sign the vote in time. Create a new vote and sign it within 30 seconds. Also make sure you don't have a MetaMask window open.
The time on your device is out of sync with the network. Check the time settings on your device and the error will be resolved.
How to report an error
We are constantly updating the XDAO app and adding new features. If you found a bug:
Click on your wallet address in the upper right corner.
Click the bug icon "Bug Report".
Fill out the XDAO V3 bug report form — your message will reach the team.
