XDAO TON

XDAO TON is the XDAO version for the TON blockchain, available right inside Telegram as a Mini App (bot @xdao_ton_bot). It brings the XDAO idea — creating and co-managing DAOs — into the TON ecosystem: with jettons, wallet connections via TonConnect (Tonkeeper and others), and votes that execute directly in the DAO smart contract.

What is a DAO

DAO (Digital Autonomous Organization) is a shared treasury and a set of rules encoded in a smart contract. Instead of trusting one person to manage the assets, a group of people — holders of the GP token (Governance Participant) — make decisions together through proposals. Any DAO action — a fund transfer, a change to the member list, installing a new module — executes automatically, and only once a proposal reaches the required share of votes — general consensus.

What you can do in XDAO TON

• Create a DAO — in a few steps right in the Mini App: name, token symbol, and GP distribution among members (equal or proportional).
• Manage a DAO through proposals — GPs create proposals (fund transfers, adding or removing GPs, installing a plugin, and more) and vote on them with their GP tokens; once a proposal reaches general consensus, it executes on-chain.
• Raise funding through Crowdfunding — a public raise in exchange for LP tokens (jetton), with a soft cap / hard cap, a campaign period, and an optional whitelist.
• Distribute assets to members — via Distribution (payout rounds) and Mass Payout — a module for bulk payouts to multiple recipients.
• Take part in the Airdrop — claim your share of the $DAO token by registering a Solana wallet to receive it.
• Hold and transfer NFTs — a DAO can receive, hold, and send NFTs from its balance.
