# Create Private Offer⭐️

A Private Offer allows you to buy LP tokens at a special price. One offer can be activated only once. 

To start a private offer to sell LP Tokens:

1\) Click Create Private Offer on the Manage page in your DAO;

2\) Choose a token from the list or specify the smart contract you will sell your LPs for;

3\) Specify the value of your 1 LP token;

4\) Specify the public address of the buyer of the private offer;

5\) Specify the number of LP tokens you sell to the buyer;

6\) After creating a vote and activating it, you will form a private offer for a particular buyer.
