# Private Exit Offer

To burn LP tokens in a DAO using Private Exit Offer:

1\) Click Private Exit Offer on the Activity page of the DAO;

2\) Click on the offer that was created by the DAO managers for your wallet;

3\) Click Approve to allow the smart contract to interact with the tokens in your wallet;

4\) Click Burn LP to burn LP tokens from your wallet and receive funds from the DAO to your wallet.
